Who we are

We are Laura and Barbara, and our business was born from the desire to innovatively revive the quality and sustainability of traditional artisanal food production.
Thanks to the combination of our skills and expertise, in February 2015 we founded "Farina e Passione," the first home-based food microbusiness in the province of Varese and the fourth in Italy.

After years of steady growth, we decided to expand our offerings and create a “home-like” space open to everyone. This is how our new workshop with direct sales was born—a place for meeting, exchanging, and sharing. Here, you can purchase our products (cookies, cakes, chocolate, fresh pasta, ready-made dishes…) and find a selection of high-quality raw materials that we use in our production, available for those who want to try their hand at cooking (flour, jams, honey, extra virgin olive oil, hazelnuts, coffee…).

Where we are

Our workshop is located in Busto Arsizio (VA) at Via Marsala 56. The shop is open every Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Closed on Mondays. On other days... if you see the shutters up, just ring the bell!

Pastry Bike

In June 2016 we built our PastryBike, to offer our biscuits with an exclusive coffee bar service, giving our customers the opportunity for a sweet and exclusive break.
